Creator Services Terms — Juno Creators (international)
Version of 01/11/2026 (version 1.1: prices are no longer published; they are shown in the Creator's account before any order, and in this text once the Creator is signed in. No price and no rule changes; version 1.0 of 31/10/2026)
The French version prevails in case of discrepancy.
Article 1 — Purpose
1.1. These terms govern the paid services that JUNO, a French SARL with a share capital of €10,000, 21 rue du Buisson Saint-Louis, 75010 Paris, France, RCS Paris 990 995 136, EU VAT number FR22990995136, contact@wearejuno.fr ("Juno"), offers to creators registered on Juno Creators (the "Creator"):
- video editing, carried out by Juno's in-house team;
- the Juno Creators Academy.
1.2. They supplement the Creator terms, which apply to anything these terms do not cover.
Article 2 — Optional services, with no priority and no promised results
2.1. The services are optional. None is required to register, be approved or be chosen for a mission.
2.2. Ordering a service gives no priority in brands' proposals, in casting or in the ranking of Creators. Juno never takes it into account when selecting a Creator.
2.3. Juno guarantees no results: no number of followers, views or interactions, no collaborations and no income. Such results depend on the Creator, the platforms and the market.
Article 3 — Video editing
3.1. Service. Juno's in-house team edits a video from the files (images, sounds, texts) and the brief the Creator sends. Simple editing includes cutting, pacing, subtitles and basic graphics; advanced editing adds more elaborate work (effects, text animations, colour grading, combining several sources). If in doubt, Juno tells the Creator which option suits before the order.
3.2. Prices. Simple and advanced editing are charged per video; the monthly bundle covers four (4) simple edits ordered during the month. Their prices, exclusive of taxes, are those of the price list in force, shown in the Creator's account before any order and in this text once the Creator is signed in. The bundle is ordered for one or more months and does not renew automatically. Edits not used during the month do not roll over.
3.3. Time frames. Juno states the planned delivery date when the order is placed, taking account of the orders in progress. The time frame runs from receipt of all the files and the brief, and of the payment or the consent to deduction (Article 5.2). Unless another date is stated, the video is delivered no later than ten (10) business days after that starting point. If delivery is more than seven (7) days later than the announced date, the Creator may cancel the order: they are then refunded, or the deduction is cancelled.
3.4. Revision. The price includes one (1) revision, requested within seven (7) days of delivery and within the scope of the initial brief. Any further revision or any request outside the brief is quoted separately.
3.5. Files and rights. The Creator warrants that they hold the rights to the files, music and images they send, and the consent of the persons who appear in them. The Creator remains the owner of their content. Juno assigns to the Creator, at no extra cost, the rights it holds in the edit produced, for all uses, worldwide and for the full term of the rights. Juno uses the files and the video only to perform the service, unless the Creator agrees otherwise in writing, and keeps them only for as long as needed for delivery and revision.
Article 4 — Juno Creators Academy
4.1. Basics. The basic Academy content is free of charge for every registered Creator.
4.2. Subscription. The Academy subscription, open from the date announced on Juno Creators, is payable monthly in advance, at the price exclusive of taxes shown in the Creator's account before subscribing and in this text once the Creator is signed in. It has no minimum term and renews every month until cancelled, which the Creator may do at any time from their account or by e-mail. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current, already paid, month.
4.3. Programme. The coaching programme lasts eight (8) weeks, at the price exclusive of taxes shown in the Creator's account before registration and in this text once the Creator is signed in. Its dates, content and number of places are stated before registration. If Juno cancels or postpones a session, it reschedules it; if the programme cannot take place, the Creator is refunded in full.
4.4. Article 2 applies in full to the Academy: it promises no number of followers and no results, and gives no casting priority.
Article 5 — Orders and payment
5.1. The Creator orders a service from their account. The order states the service, the quantity, the price and the payment method.
5.2. Payment methods:
- by card, through a payment link sent by Juno's team;
- by bank transfer;
- by deduction from a payment due to the Creator for a mission, only with their prior written consent, given for that order, and against an invoice from Juno. The payment is then reduced by the amount, including taxes, of that invoice, and the Creator receives both documents. Without such consent, nothing is deducted.
5.3. Prices and invoice. Prices are stated exclusive of taxes; VAT is added at the applicable rate. The price including taxes is displayed before the order to a Creator who does not act in a professional capacity. Juno issues an invoice for each service.
5.4. Performance. The service is performed after payment or, in the case of deduction, after the Creator's consent. If no sufficient payment is due to the Creator within thirty (30) days of delivery, the price becomes payable by card or bank transfer, against Juno's invoice.
5.5. Cancellation. The Creator may cancel free of charge, from their account, an order that is neither paid nor in progress.
Article 6 — Right of withdrawal
6.1. A Creator who does not act in a professional capacity has fourteen (14) days from the conclusion of the contract to withdraw from it, without giving reasons or paying any penalty (Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, implementing Directive 2011/83/EU). The Creator exercises this right by an unequivocal statement sent to contact@wearejuno.fr, or by using the form below. Juno refunds the sums paid no later than fourteen (14) days after receiving the withdrawal, using the same means of payment, or cancels the deduction.
6.2. If the Creator expressly asks for the service to start before the end of that period, they pay, in the event of withdrawal, an amount proportionate to the service provided until the withdrawal (Article L221-25 of the French Consumer Code). They can no longer withdraw once the service has been fully performed, where performance began with their prior express consent and their acknowledgement that they would lose their right (Article L221-28, 1°).
6.3. For Academy digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal can no longer be exercised once access has begun, where the Creator expressly consented to it and waived their right (Article L221-28, 13°).
6.4. Withdrawal form (to be completed and returned only if the Creator wishes to withdraw):
To JUNO, 21 rue du Buisson Saint-Louis, 75010 Paris, France, contact@wearejuno.fr: I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the supply of the following service. Service: … Ordered on: … Name: … Address: … Date: … Signature (only if sent on paper): …
Article 7 — Liability
Juno is bound by an obligation of means (best efforts) in performing the services. Towards a Creator acting in a professional capacity, and except in the event of gross negligence, wilful misconduct or personal injury, Juno's liability is limited to the price paid for the service concerned.
Article 8 — Personal data
Juno processes the data needed for orders, their performance and invoicing, in accordance with its privacy policy and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Article 9 — Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. The parties seek an amicable solution before taking any action. A Creator who does not act in a professional capacity may use the consumer mediator free of charge: ANM CONSO, 62 rue Tiquetonne, 75002 Paris, France (www.anm-conso.com). Such a Creator keeps the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence. Failing agreement, the dispute is brought before the competent court under the ordinary rules of jurisdiction.
