Privacy policy
Version of 1 November 2026: proof of permits and licences (sections 2 to 4), automatic translation extended to bios, captions, brand descriptions and reviews (section 12) and statistics screenshots read by AI (section 13). First version of 4 October 2026; section 11 added on 30 October 2026, section 12 on 1 November 2026.
The French version prevails in case of discrepancy.
This policy applies to Juno Creators (junocreators.com, formerly Juno Influence): brands ordering campaigns, creators taking part in them, people who apply or visit the website, creators whose public account is mentioned by trend watch (section 10), and creators Juno writes to in order to invite them to join (section 11).
1. Data controller
JUNO, a French SARL with a share capital of €10,000, 21 rue du Buisson Saint-Louis, 75010 Paris, France. RCS Paris 990 995 136.
Contact for personal data: privacy@wearejuno.fr.
2. Data we collect
Brands: first name, last name, job title, email and phone number of contacts; company name, SIRET, VAT number and billing address; campaign brief, budget, objectives and content; exchanges with Juno.
Creators and applicants: identity, contact details, city and country; date of birth where requested to check age; social media profiles and statistics; rates, availability and collaboration preferences; billing and payment details (SIRET, IBAN); proof of the permits and licences required by the law of their country or of the country targeted (for example the UAE Advertiser Permit), when Juno requests it; screenshots of the statistics of their accounts and posts (section 13); content produced for campaigns; exchanges with Juno and brands.
Agent agencies: the agency's legal identity (company name, legal form, registration, address, tax residence, VAT), contact details of its members, bank details, supporting documents (including the licences and accreditations required by local law, for example in the United Arab Emirates), authorisations received from its talent and the log of its actions for them.
Creator data provided by their agent: when a registered agency prepares a creator's profile, Juno receives the profile data from the agency (identity, contact details, date of birth, social accounts, photos, preferences). Juno informs the creator as soon as it is received, in the email asking them to confirm their agent. Until they confirm, this data is used only for that request; if they decline, or do not answer within fourteen days, the prepared profile is deleted.
Connected social media accounts: if a creator chooses to connect Instagram, TikTok, YouTube or LinkedIn, Juno reads the handle, profile picture, follower count and its evolution, recent posts and their statistics, and, where the platform provides it, the aggregated audience breakdown by age, gender and country. No individual follower data is collected. Juno never publishes without the creator's consent.
Visitors: technical browsing data (server logs, IP address), and the trackers described in section 8.
Creators mentioned by trend watch, without a Juno account: public data from their account, described in section 10.
Creators contacted by outreach, without a Juno account: data from their public profile and their business email address, described in section 11.

5. Recipients
Your data is never sold. It is only shared with those who need it:
- between brands and creators, within the scope of the campaign: a brand sees the public profile of proposed creators and the content produced for it; a creator sees the brand's brief, never the price paid by the brand;
- with our processors: Supabase (database and authentication, EU), Vercel (website hosting, United States), Stripe (payments), Resend (emails), Zernio (social media account connection, outside the EU), Anthropic and OpenAI (brief analysis, selection assistance and trend watch writing, United States), Anthropic (automatic translation of exchanges and profiles, section 12, United States), Anthropic (reading the figures of statistics screenshots, section 13, United States), Pennylane (accounting, France);
- with authorities, where required by law.
6. Transfers outside the European Union
Some processors are located outside the European Union. Transfers are covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, to object, and to withdraw your consent at any time. A creator can disconnect their social media accounts from their space: access is cut off and the data that came from them is deleted.
Write to privacy@wearejuno.fr; we reply within 30 days. You can also contact the French data protection authority, the CNIL (3 place de Fontenoy, 75007 Paris, www.cnil.fr).
8. Cookies and trackers
Necessary cookies (sign-in, security, payment, remembering your choice) are always active. An anonymous audience measurement reserved to Juno, never shared with third parties, is exempt from consent; you can object to it with the button at the bottom of this page.
Google Analytics, Google Ads and the Meta pixel are only loaded with your consent, given in the cookie banner. Your choice is kept for 6 months and can be changed at any time.
9. Security
Encrypted connections, row-level access control in the database (sale prices and creator fees are kept separate), secure authentication and access logging.
10. Trend watch: public creator data
Juno Creators publishes trend watch for its accounts: the formats, sounds, hashtags and creators rising in each sector. To build it, Juno observes public posts. This section informs creators whose public account is mentioned in it, including those who have no Juno account (Article 14 GDPR).
Data controller: JUNO (section 1). Contact: privacy@wearejuno.fr.
Data processed: the public handle and platform (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube), the profile link, the public numbers of the account and its posts (followers, views, likes, shares, posting rhythm), a few public videos quoted as examples (link, sound, hashtags, beginning of the caption), an estimated niche and sector, the country where known, and an account size tier (micro, mid…). Juno never collects contact details (email address, phone, postal address), sensitive data or data about the account's audience. Accounts whose holder appears to be a minor are excluded whenever this can be detected.
Sources: public posts and profiles, accessible without an account, obtained from public data providers (including Virlo and ScrapeCreators) and through the platforms' official tools (YouTube Data API, TikTok and Instagram embedded players).
Purposes:
- showing Juno Creators brand and creator accounts what is rising in their sector, with example videos;
- showing brand accounts the creators who outperform in their sector;
- introductions: when a brand wants to work with a creator who is not registered, Juno contacts that creator, personally, never through an automated email; the brand receives no contact details;
- outreach: Juno may invite a creator it has spotted to join its network.
Legal basis: the legitimate interest of Juno and its clients in knowing trends and the creators behind them (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). It is balanced against your expectations: only data you have made public is used, without contact details, for a short period, and you can object at any time, with no justification.
Recipients: the Juno team; Juno Creators brand accounts, which see the handle, platform, niche, tier, public numbers and example videos, never contact details; creator accounts, which see trends and their example videos, not the list of creators; the technical processors listed in section 5.
Retention periods:
- collected posts: 30 days;
- creator profile not seen again for 90 days: deleted;
- aggregated statistics without any personal data (number of posts per hashtag or sound, per day): 13 months;
- removal request: the platform and handle are kept for as long as trend watch runs, so that the account is never collected again.
Transfers outside the European Union: some data providers are established, or host their data, outside the European Union, notably in the United States. These transfers are covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses (section 6).
Your rights: you have the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict your data, and to object. To remove your profile from trend watch, with no justification and no email address, use the Remove my profile from trend watch page: your profile is removed from the lists right away, its data is deleted within 72 hours, and it is no longer collected. For your other rights, write to privacy@wearejuno.fr. You can also contact the CNIL (section 7).
11. Email outreach to creators
Juno may write to a creator who has no Juno account, or to the agency representing them, to invite them to join Juno Creators. This section informs them (Article 14 GDPR).
Controller: JUNO (section 1). Contact: privacy@wearejuno.fr.
Data processed: public name and handle, platform and profile link, country, follower count and account topics, and the business email address published by the creator or their agency for collaboration requests; then the date of the messages sent and what followed (reply, application, unsubscribe). No sensitive data, no data about the account's audience.
Sources: the creator's public profile, viewed directly or through a creator search tool (notably Modash). Every message states where the address comes from.
Purpose: inviting the creator, or their agency, to apply to Juno Creators.
Legal basis: Juno's legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The address was published to receive business proposals, and the message is one: it is short, followed by one reminder at most, and unsubscribing takes one click.
Recipients: the Juno team, and Resend for sending emails (section 5). This data is never shown to brands.
Retention periods:
- no reply: 12 months after the last message, then deleted;
- if the creator applies: the periods in section 4;
- unsubscribe: the address is kept on an objection list, so that we never write to it again.
Your rights: every message carries a one-click unsubscribe link. You can also reply to the message or write to privacy@wearejuno.fr to exercise the rights in section 7, and contact the CNIL.
12. Automatic translation of exchanges and profiles
Messages, campaign briefs, opportunities, offer messages and comments on content may be written in a language their reader does not read. The same goes for profile texts: a creator's bio (on their profile and in their application), the captions of their content and portfolio, a brand's description and end-of-campaign reviews. Juno Creators then translates them automatically into the reading language chosen by that reader (in their Settings; the interface language by default). The original text always remains available, one click away.
What is sent: only the text to translate, as stored by Juno (in messages, email addresses and phone numbers are already masked). Never attachments, photos or videos, never a rate or an amount, never a message removed by the team or held back by the filter.
To whom: to Anthropic (Claude), a Juno processor based in the United States (section 6), solely to produce the translation.
When: only when the author's language differs from the reader's, or is not known (Claude then recognises the language of the text, and nothing is translated if it is already in the reader's language), and only for a text that reader is already allowed to read. On the public pages of junocreators.com, a visitor without an account can read in French, English or Spanish the captions of the content creators show there, and nothing else; their IP address is only used to limit the number of requests, as a fingerprint deleted after two days.
Retention: Juno keeps the translation so it does not have to be requested at every reading. It is deleted along with the original text (deletion, removal, edit of the text, content removed from the social network, account deletion).
Your choice: in the Juno Creators app, translation only starts after your consent, asked once. On junocreators.com as in the app, you can turn it off at any time in your Settings: you then read the original texts. Your own texts are never translated for you.
13. Statistics screenshots
A creator may have the statistics of an account they do not connect to Juno Creators verified, and uploads the statistics of a post made from such an account (General Terms for Creators, Articles 5.4 and 8.2 bis). They do so with screenshots of their native statistics, from their space.
Data processed: the screenshot itself and the figures it shows: for an account, followers, views and reach over thirty days, audience; for a post, views, reach and interactions. The platform, the account name and, for a post, its date accompany the screenshot.
Reading by AI: to speed up the review, the Juno team may have the figures of a screenshot read by Claude, the artificial intelligence tool of Anthropic, a Juno processor based in the United States (section 6). Only the image of the screenshot, the platform, the account name and, for a post, its date are sent, one screenshot at a time. The tool only proposes figures: none is kept without validation by a member of the Juno team, and the tool makes no decision.
Retention: screenshots are kept in a private storage space accessible only to the Juno team. An account screenshot is deleted when the verification expires (ninety days); a screenshot that is not accepted, thirty days after the decision; a post screenshot is kept as evidence of the mission and of the payment, together with the campaign agreement (section 4). Validated figures remain on the profile or in the campaign report.
Recipients: the Juno team; Anthropic, solely to read the figures; the brand of the campaign, which sees the validated figures of a post in its report.
