Referral programme terms: Juno Creators
Version of 31/10/2026 (version 2.0: up to 10% of the Referral's fee on all their paid collaborations for 12 months, 24 months for an Ambassador, cap, conditions for the Referrer and the Referral, when commissions are earned and clawed back)
The French version prevails in case of discrepancy.
Article 1: Purpose
1.1. The referral programme lets a creator registered on Juno Creators, formerly Juno Influence (the "Referrer") recommend other content creators to Juno (the "Referrals") and earn a commission on their Referrals' paid collaborations, for a limited period.
1.2. The programme is run by JUNO, a French SARL with share capital of €10,000, 21 rue du Buisson Saint-Louis, 75010 Paris, registered in Paris under number 990 995 136 ("Juno"). It supplements the Creator terms, which apply to anything these terms do not cover.
Article 2: Who can refer
2.1. Any creator whose profile has been approved by Juno has a personal code and link in the "Referrals" section of their space. An application still under review cannot refer.
2.1a. Commissions are paid only to a Referrer who has a status allowing them to issue invoices: an active SIRET number in France, or an equivalent status under the law of their country. A Referrer without such status keeps their code and their commissions are worked out, but they are not paid out for as long as that status is missing.
2.2. The Referrer invites whoever they like, by whatever means they choose. Juno sends no message on their behalf. The Referrer must not send unsolicited messages (spam), advertise the programme misleadingly or promise earnings on Juno's behalf.
Article 3: Linking a Referral
3.1. A Referral is linked to their Referrer when they apply using the Referrer's link or code. The link is fixed at that moment: it is never backdated and the Referral cannot change it afterwards.
3.2. A creator has only one Referrer. If several codes are used, only the first one saved counts.
3.3. A code does not count when it belongs to the person applying (same account, same email address). In exceptional cases and on a reasoned request, Juno may link a Referral manually when they were recommended without using the link; the decision is recorded and has no effect on contracts already signed.
3.4. Being referred changes nothing for the Referral: their application is reviewed like any other, and their fee is the same whether or not they were referred.
3.5. The Referral must be new to Juno. Juno may refuse to link as a Referral a person who had already applied to Juno Creators, or whom Juno had contacted in the ninety (90) days before their application. A Referrer who is also an agent cannot refer a creator they represent.
Article 4: Commission
4.1. The Referrer earns a commission on all the paid collaborations (mission contracts paid in cash) their Referral signs with Juno as part of a campaign, within a period set by Juno.
4.2. As of the date of these terms, the commission is up to 10% of the net fee, excluding tax, actually paid to the Referral for the contract concerned (their net rate and the options paid to them), on all their contracts signed within 12 months of their profile being approved. This period is extended to 24 months where the Referrer is an Ambassador when the contract is signed, meaning they have at least ten (10) active Referrals: approved Referrals who have signed at least one paid collaboration in the last twelve (12) months. The applicable rate and period are always shown in the "Referrals" section.
4.3. The commission is funded by Juno. It never reduces the Referral's fee. It is worked out on the Referral's fee, never on the budget paid by the brand, subject to the cap in article 4.6.
4.4. The following give rise to no commission: missions paid only in products or services (gifting), amendments to a contract already counted, opportunities and collaborations concluded outside a campaign, and contracts signed after the period in article 4.2 has ended.
4.5. Juno may change the rate, the period or the cap at any time, for the future. A change never applies to a commission already worked out, nor to the period already set for an approved Referral.
4.6. Cap. For each contract, the commission never exceeds 40% of Juno's gross revenue on that contract, meaning the difference between the price the brand pays for the Referral's collaboration and the fee paid to the Referral. This is why the rate in article 4.2 is an "up to" rate: the actual commission may be below 10%.
Article 5: Life of a commission
5.1. A commission is estimated when the Referral accepts an eligible contract. It is not owed at that stage.
5.2. It is earned once the brand has paid for the campaign, and it then appears on the next monthly statement. If the collaboration is cancelled, if the brand is refunded or if the fee paid to the Referral is reduced, the commission is cancelled or worked out again on what was paid to them, and a commission already paid is clawed back (article 5.3).
5.3. If the contract or the campaign is cancelled, or if the brand is refunded in whole or in part, the corresponding commission is cancelled or reduced accordingly. If it had already been paid out, its amount is deducted from the Referrer's later commissions.
Article 6: Payment
6.1. Available commissions are paid once a month by bank transfer, as soon as their total, after any adjustment, reaches €20. Below that amount, they roll over to the following month.
6.2. To be paid, the Referrer must have entered their billing identity, with a status allowing them to issue invoices (article 2.1a), and their bank details in their space, and accepted the self-billing mandate in article 7.
6.3. Commissions are income from the Referrer's professional activity. The Referrer is responsible for declaring them and paying the related taxes and contributions. Juno reports the sums paid where the law requires it (in particular the French annual return of fees and commissions known as DAS2).
Article 7: Self-billing mandate
7.1. By accepting this mandate in the "Referrals" section, the Referrer instructs Juno to issue, in the Referrer's name and on their behalf, the invoices for the referral commissions Juno pays them, in accordance with article 289, I-2 of the French Tax Code.
7.2. Juno issues one invoice per monthly statement. It bears the words "Self-billing", its own continuous numbering, the billing identity entered by the Referrer and the VAT status they declared. A copy is sent to the Referrer each time and remains available in their space.
7.3. The Referrer remains responsible for the accuracy of their billing identity and VAT status, and for the tax obligations attached to invoices issued in their name. They undertake to update this information promptly if it changes.
7.4. The Referrer has 15 days from receipt of an invoice to dispute it in writing at contact@wearejuno.fr. Otherwise it is deemed accepted.
7.5. The mandate applies for as long as the Referrer takes part in the programme. It may be revoked at any time from their space or in writing; any commissions still owed are then paid against the Referrer's own invoice.
Article 8: Fair play and checks
8.1. The following are prohibited in particular: referring oneself or an account one controls, creating or having others create fake profiles, arranging sham contracts, or offering to pass all or part of the commission back to the Referral.
8.2. Juno checks referrals. A commission may be suspended while it is verified, in particular when the Referrer and the Referral share a bank account, a company number or a link with the brand concerned. The Referrer is informed and may provide any useful explanation.
8.3. In the event of proven fraud or breach of these terms, Juno may cancel the commissions concerned, recover those already paid out and exclude the Referrer from the programme, without prejudice to the Creator terms.
Article 9: Duration and end of the programme
9.1. Juno may suspend or end the programme at any time, giving Referrers at least 30 days' notice. Commissions estimated on contracts signed before the programme ends remain owed under these terms.
9.2. Closing the Referrer's account ends their participation. Commissions already available are paid; estimated commissions lapse.
Article 10: Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the courts named in the Creator terms.
