Delete your Juno Creators account

1. In the Juno Creators app: More, then Settings, then Delete my account.
2. On junocreators.com: your account menu, then Account settings, then Delete my account.
3. Or right here, once signed in.

Right away: your profile leaves the directory and proposals, your social accounts are disconnected and you are signed out.

Within 30 days: profile, photos and videos, application, messages, notifications, and your sign-in account if it is only used for Juno Creators.

The law requires us to keep invoices, contracts and mandates (billing mandate, agent mandate) for 10 years. They are detached from your account and only used for accounting and legal obligations.

If a mission is in progress, or a payment is still owed to you or by you, the request is recorded and the deletion completes on its own once it is closed. Your profile leaves the directory in the meantime.
